A prayer for a friend...
who was knocked down by a bus while he was riding his Honda Phantom on his way to school for a staff retreat last fri. i didnt know the exact extend of his injuries, i only get information from an ex-colleague, and my circle of tajwid friends.
there were 2 sides of the story to his condition now. My tajwid friend got info from my friend's wife dat he's ok abeit a few broken bones. my ex-colleague said his condition is quite bad, having broken his pelvic bone, underwent another surgery today coz he lost too much blood while being operated yesterday, n docs saying dat he'll probably need 6 to 8 mth rehabilitation to fully recover. as a whole, if someone's in ICU, he MUST be in a very very serious condition, right?? i think his wife didnt want us to worry too much, hence the downplay tactic in the message. but wat can i say, if a motorcyclist is knocked down by a bus, it has to be serious, isnt it?
i pray to Allah dat He would give my friend the strength, willpower and determination to go thru dis ujian of his, n may Allah instill in him faith, that He is almighty n wise, n He wouldnt make his servants undergo such situations if the person cannot handle...
